Fan of the iconic Bluebird Cafe? No need to head to Music City -- Nashville Unplugged, generously sponsored by Wight & Company, brings four award-winning songwriters to the Highland Park Community House on Saturday, October 14 at 6:30 PM.
Twenty-one and over guests will enjoy an in-the-round performance featuring some of today's greatest country and rock songwriters. In addition to an unforgettable music experience, the evening includes Nashville-themed heavy appetizers and three hours of open bar.

Marti Frederiksen
Marti began his career in several signed alternative and rock banks. He’s now an award-winning songwriter and producer with hits including, Aerosmith’s “Jaded”, “Dreamer” by Ozzy Osbourne, Carrie Underwood’s “Undo It”, and “Love Remains the Same“ by Gavin Rossdale. Marti currently resides in Nashville and is a lead singer for The Loving Mary Band, backing up artists like Gretchen Wilson and Steven Tyler.

Danny Myrick
Before making his name as a country and rock music songwriter, Danny was an accomplished southern gospel and contemporary Christian artist. He has worked with a diverse range of artists from Joe Cocker to Maddie & Tae, and has celebrated many hits including, Tim McGraw’s “Truck Yeah”, LoCash’s “I Love This Life”, and 2009’s most played country song, “She’s Country” by Jason Aldean.

Rebecca Lynn Howard
Two-time Grammy winner Rebecca Lynn began her impressive career as a singer-songwriter in 1997. She has since charted seven singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, including the 2002 hit "Forgive". In addition to recording with Dolly Parton, Vince Gill, Patty Loveless, and Alan Jackson, Rebecca Lynn has written for superstars like Trisha Yearwood and Martina McBride and co-penned the breakout hit "Lipstick" for Runaway June.
